Use anywhere
As we all know Google Wallet have balance and can send money to anyone .In Android Pay there should be also option of balance like as we redeem Google Play Card ,there should be Android Pay Card and add balance to our account and purchase.
After adding balance there should be not be restriction you can only use android pay only in that country where you are living like for example I am at U.S.A and I have balance of $20 and I go to India so that android pay should also work and also convert it into Indian Currency because in India its have Rupee and Indian Bank so it will be easy to transfer money
Like apple pay which is not available in India and many other countries but it can be use online purchasing so android pay should available in all countries
