Among the new watch faces, Time Travel app and the introduction of HomeKit to the Apple Watch, a small but significant feature went under the radar - videos.
Within the next-generation software for Apple's smart timepiece - dubbed watchOS 2 - is a feature that lets wearers stream audio and video through their Watch.
There isn't enough storage on the device to store the videos, but Vine has already confirmed it is developing an app for the software, and others, such as YouTube may follow suit.

This could include anything from short clips, to full-feature length films and even - potentially - porn.
However, the screen on the smallest watch is 1.5-inches (38mm) while the larger is just 1.6-inches (42mm) - suggesting videos on the watch may be difficult to view, and won't be seen at their best.
According to Apple's developer kit, this gives the smaller watch a screen resolution of 272 x 340, (290 PPI) and the larger model 312 x 390 (312 PPI).
As a comparison, the iPhone 6 is 4.7-inches (119mm) with 1080 x 1920 pixels (401 PPI).
Stephen Ebbett, global director of gadget insurer Protect Your Bubble, told MailOnline: 'Video functionality on a screen that’s not much bigger than a postage stamp is handy for Vines and Snapchat clips but it’s not like you’re going to kick back and watch the Star Wars trilogy on it.
'Although video is unlikely to be the most used feature on the Watch, if Apple didn’t include it everyone would wonder why on earth it was missing.'
Announcing the update, Apple said: 'Developers have already created thousands of apps for Apple Watch, and WatchKit now gives them access to key hardware like the Digital Crown, Taptic Engine, heart rate sensor, accelerometer and microphone.
'New software APIs enable audio and video playback and animation, and with the ClockKit framework, developers can represent their data as complications on the watch face.'
In addition to Vine, which was showed off during Apple's Worldwide Developer Conference's keynote on Monday, the update will add audio messaging to WeChat using the microphone.
At the event, Apple's vice president of technology Kevin Lynch announced that native apps are coming to Apple Watch with the new version of watchOS.
The update forms part of watchOS 2, the next-generation software unveiled at this week's Worldwide Developer Conference in San Francisco. It also features timelapses (pictured). watchOS 2 will be rolled out widely in Autumn, but is available to app developers in advance

Elsewhere, watchOS 2 lets wearers see information from third-party apps and when they turn the Digital Crown, an app called Time Travel shows upcoming events. This lets wearers go forward and back 72 hours. Plus, when the Watch is on its side and charging, it automatically goes into Nightstand mode (pictured)
