Moto G Turbo Virat Kohli Edition launched in India

Virat Kohli fans, here's a treat for you -- Moto G Turbo Virat Kohli Edition. The new variant of the smartphone is part of the Virat FanBox launched by Cornerstone Sport consultants and PrivyPlex, a Singapore-based fan-engagement company. Cornerstone Sport & Entertainment manages Kohli's sponsorship and other deals.
Priced at Rs 16,999, the FanBox comprises Moto G Turbo Virat Kohli edition with Kohli's emblem, an app, a miniature bat and a welcome letter signed by the Indian cricket team's test captain himself and a one-year subscription of Virat FanBox Club.
The members will get regular and exclusive updates related to and by Kohli himself. Virat FanBox will be available on FlipKart starting first week of May.

Speaking at the launch, Virat Kohli said, "As a cricketer, I feel genuinely blessed with all the love and support I get from my fans. The Virat FanBox is my personal endeavour to get closer to my fans than ever before; to connect and chat with them online and meet them in real life. I am excited and looking forward to engaging and interacting with the Virat FanBox club members via the app."

Moto G Turbo, which was launched at Rs 14,999, now costs Rs 12,999. The smartphone has a 5-inch screen with Full HD resolution of (1080x1920p). The smartphone is powered by 1.5GHz octa-core Snapdragon 615 octa-core chipset, which replaces the quad-core Snapdragon 410 processor of the earlier version. The 2,470mAh battery now supports Motorola's Turbo Power technology for fast-charging. Other than these upgrades, the new Moto G Turbo Edition remains the same as the standard version of Moto G (Gen 3)
The two share features like Android 5.1.1 (Lollipop) operating system, 2GB RAM, 16GB internal storage, microSD card support, 13MP rear camera and 5MP front camera. The dual-sim smartphone is also water-resistant (IP67 rating).
