Rockstar Games, popularly known for its Grand Theft Auto gaming franchise, has announced it will be releasing GTA V (Review) video game on November 18 for Sony PS4 and Microsoft Xbox One consoles. The PC version will follow on January 27 next year. It is worth noting that in June, Rockstar Games announced all three versions would arrive by the end of this year.

"Rockstar Games is proud to announce that Grand Theft Auto V will arrive on the PlayStation 4 computer entertainment system and Xbox One, the all-in-one games and entertainment system from Microsoft on November 18, 2014, with the PC version to follow on January 27, 2015," stated the Take-Two games official blog post on Friday.

Amazon US has already listed the PS4, Xbox One and PC versions for pre-orders on its website for $60 (roughly Rs. 3,700). However, the PC Download version is currently listed as unavailable with no price.

Rockstar Games, to celebrate the official PS4, Xbox One and PC announcement of GTA V, the latest instalment in the seminal open-world crime game, also released a new trailer alongside new in-game screenshots, one of which can be seen above.

The developer has made some changes in the video game by introducing features like new weapons; vehicles and activities; additional wildlife; denser traffic; new foliage system; enhanced damage and weather effects, and more. The PS4, Xbox One and PC versions of the GTA V would also be featuring 100 new songs and new DJ mixes across 17 in-game radio stations.

In addition, gamers who will pre-order the Grand Theft Auto V will receive $1,000,000 in-game cash to spend in GTA V and GTA Online video game versions.

Rockstar Games has also increased the player count to up to 30 players for Grand Theft Auto Online on PS4 and Xbox One. The online version would include the latest content and upgrades introduced by the developer since its launch, for the PS4, Xbox One and PC versions.

As for the existing PS3 and Xbox 360 players, they will be able to transfer their current Grand Theft Auto Online characters and progression to PS4, Xbox One and PC platforms.

Notably, Grand Theft Auto V was the best-selling game of 2013 with 32.5 million copies sold by the end of the year, despite a launch as late as September.
