Motorola rolls out Android 5.1 update for Moto G

Motorola Moto G recieve Android 5.1 update in all devices. Rollout has begun from Asian Countries and mojor issues in Android 5.0 update has been fixed according to the developers. Speed of the mobile phone has also been improved with this update for Moto G handsets. Currently the update is available for the First Generaation smartphones of Motorola Moto G, update shall be available soon for the other devices. Android 5.1 update for Moto G2 aka Moto G 2nd Generation may start rolling out at the end of this month or earlier.
Size of the new update for Motorola most popular hanset is 171MB and can be updated Over-The-Air (Directly from the smartphone) or downloaded from the OFFICIAL DOWNLOAD links provided here and brings about some crucial improvements such as bug fixes, improved dual-SIM implementation and network support, now supports HD Voice support,Improvements in Device Protection feature provided by Assist application, Quick settings tweaks, revamped screen pinning, along with changes to the volume and interruption sliders. Minor changes would include new animations in Clock app and a new status bar icon when there is no SIM inserted.
Transitions are also improved keeping in mind the feedback provided by users. Play store shall also get a newer and better version which enables fast installation of the android applications.Android 5.1 Lollipop also brings some improvements to the 64-bit ART compiler, enhancements to extract a longer battery life and improved memory management.
